Sales Representative (Pallet Network)

Nottinghamshire - £30,000 plus Commission

Mitchells is a family-run haulage business based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire that’s now proudly spanning three generations. Specialising in overnight palletised distribution, our experienced team and approach to technology is what has set Mitchells apart for over 50 years.

Your role will include

  • Sourcing sales leads using our CRM and other sources of information, such as LinkedIn.
  • Making outbound telesales and conducting meetings with potential clients.
  • Preparing presentations and delivering quotations to customers.
  • Keeping in regular contact with your customers to ensure that we are satisfying their needs.
  • Building relationships and developing further business opportunities from within our existing customers.

You will have

  • At least 2 years experience in sales and customer service
  • A relevant portfolio of work
  • A strong, confident, and resilient personality
  • A Pallet Network or Transport background, but this isn’t essential
  • An ability to use your own initiative, solve problems and produce results without excessive management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
